Tropical Sands Dominical Eco Inn is a hidden gem in Dominical, just a one minute's walk to the beach ! listen to the waves from our garden.

We are on the south side and the quiet side of town,  on a dead end road with little traffic.   We have a beautiful inside courtyard and a clean, well kept, flourishing tropical garden with fan palm trees, papaya trees, banana trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus and many other native plants which attract many birds such as toucans, hummingbirds, macaws, and many other local wildlife.

 

We offer access to a communal kitchen 24/7, a private parking lot, we have a hammock garden to relax in and open air colorful patio seating area. 

Our tropical garden is an ideal spot to relax and listen to the waves from the beach and to the sounds of nature. Toucans may be flying around eating the red berries from our trees as well as many butterflies, hummingbirds, iguanas and many amazing Costa Rican tropical wildlife. 

We offer a casual, serene and safe environment with a front gate that allows for privacy and security.

Our family run beach hotel is perfect for surfers, beach walkers, nature hikers and adventurist that are looking for a quiet, clean, well maintained and safe friendly environment.

Our short 1 minute walk and digicode entrance to the beach allows you to leave your keys, flip flops and worries behind you and enjoy the simplicity the beach offers. We are a town favorite not only for our environment but also our affordable price for town. 

Our location is inside the town of Dominical so you are close to all amenities. No need for a car as you can walk to everything easily within 10-15minutes. The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk as are the restaurants, yoga studios, tour companies, grocery stores, bars and a brewery are all at most 15 minutes walking tops!

*please remember Dominical is a small town and limited space. Our private parking has space for max. 6 cars but we are on a small safe road so extra cars can easily find safe and convenient spots along the road to us, just outside.
